This is one of eight courses in the Certified Jewelry Professional programme. It contains six units in the Toolset track.

Manage Your Business
Set SMART goals and use the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritise your work. Apply the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle to review your progress and make practical improvements.
Structure Your Outreach
reate a repeatable plan for reaching and engaging customers. Use the RACE model and a customer touchpoint map to coordinate store activity, social media, messaging, email and events.
Create Tangible Assets
Develop materials that make your proposition clear and relevant. Use messaging frameworks to shape presentations, brochures, quotations and follow up messages around a defined audience and purpose.
Track Your Pipelines
Map each customer’s progress from first contact to purchase. Use a visual pipeline and the Four Rs of Follow Up to record interactions, review opportunities, set reminders and respond appropriately.
Maintain Your Records
Leverage Technology and Automate
Identify repetitive tasks that could benefit from automation. Apply the Assess, Integrate and Maximise framework to evaluate suitable tools and make more time for work that needs your expertise.
How learning works
Each unit combines a short learning video with a quiz and an individual activity.
You will apply the ideas to your working routine, developing goals, an outreach plan, customer materials and a system for managing opportunities.
The Coach format adds resources for guided discussion, group activities and team development.
