Do I need previous jewellery industry experience?

Can I use CJP for third-party training?

How much does CJP cost

What do I actually get when I enrol?
Each course includes video lessons, worksheets, exercises, and knowledge quizzes.
Coaches also receive facilitation guides and coaching guides to support their teams. All content remains accessible after completion for ongoing reference.
What is the difference between Individual, Coach, and Teams access?
Individual access is designed for personal learning and certification. Coach access adds facilitation guides and coaching tools to support others. Teams access is designed for organisations developing multiple employees through a consistent framework.

How long does the programme take to complete?
The full programme is comprised of eight courses, and each course has six learning units.
If you invest a reasonable amount of time in the introduction videos, activities, personal reflection and quizzes, then a unit should be completed in around an hour.
It’s then up to you whether you want to get as much done as possible right now, or spread it out over a long period.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Learners who complete all three tracks, Mindset, Toolset, and Skillset, receive the Certified Jewellery Professional programme completion credential.
This recognises time time, money and energy you have invested to develop more commercial awareness, professional capability, and commitment to excellence.
What happens if an employee leaves after certification?
Certification belongs to the individual, not the employer. If a certified employee leaves your organisation, their CJP credential goes with them.
Replacing them in your team will require a new registration.
Can CJP content be white-labelled or co-branded?
Co-branded and partner pages can be arranged for qualifying organisations. Contact CJP to discuss your requirements.
White-labelling of course content is handled on a case by case basis.
Does CJP integrate with our existing LMS or training programme?
CJP is delivered through its own platform rather than third-party LMS integration.
